Due to the ever-evolving landscape of hazards, threats, and university capabilities this plan will undergo a review at least once per calendar year.

Planned exercises and major incidents usually result in learnings related to current plans, processes, and procedures.  An After Action Review (AAR) supports identifying strengths and areas for improvement following exercises and major incidents.  Individual units and departments should conduct internal after action reviews, when necessary, based on the size and scope of an incident.  The Office of Emergency Management will support the AAR process, including helping determine if an AAR is warranted based on the size and scope of an incident.
